What is bitcoin ?

What do I need to do to become a client of bitcoin?

To become a client of bitcoin-dragon you need to open a free account. It doesn't take much time, but you will get an opportunity to become an investor and earn profit. Please check our Get Started page for more details.

Can I have several open accounts in the system?

Each investor can register only one account, where he/she can create an unlimited number of deposits. Multi-accounting is not allowed. We will freeze any funds in such accounts and block access to them. In case of suspected fraud or multi-accounting, bitcoin-dragon Company reserves the right to block or prevent account access for violating investors.

How can I access the account?

If you are a registered user of bitcoin-dragon, please click the "Login" button at the top of the website then enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log in" button. You will be redirected to your account automatically as soon as you have done the above. If you have not registered yet, you should Pass registration

What should I do immediately after accessing my account?

You can explore the system functions, set up personal information and specify you payment system details. You can enter your e-wallet details by clicking the Edit Account button. Please note that payment details are save not permanently, and if you want to change them, you can change them from your edit account settings easily.

How can I change my personal information in my account?

Log into the account and click "Edit Account" to enter the personal information page where you will be able to modify your data. Save the changes when all necessary data are entered.

What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?

You can use our password reminder, which will send an email to the address entered during registration, containing detailed instructions and a password reset/change form. If you do not receive the email, please contact our online assistant on the website.

I can't log in into my account. What could cause this problem?

Sometimes problems of this kind are caused by errors of your web browser. There is no reason to worry, you just need to wait a few minutes and then try to log in again. How secure is your website and my account data?

What is the minimum/maximum amount that I can invest?

The minimum amount of investment is only $10. The maximum amount is only limited by your own resources. Please note that the maximum amount of one deposit is $100,000. However, each investor can have an unlimited number of deposits.

What is the minimum/maximum amount that I can cash out?

There are no maximum limits on cash-outs, minimal amount is $1. You can cash out any amount from balance in your account.

How can I top up my account and create a deposit in the Bitcoin-dragon system?

Find the Make Deposit tab on the main page of your account then chose investment plan. You can select the top-up method which is the most convenient for you, enter the desired amount, and complete the transfer. The deposit will be registered automatically.

How soon will my deposit be added to my account?

Your account will be updated as soon as you deposit. Accounts are topped up according to the rules applied by the payment system, in most cases, instantly. As soon as the transfer is complete and the money is credited to the company’s wallet, a deposit will be opened automatically in your investor account.
For Bitcoin deposits you should send actual amount to shown Bitcoin wallet, because Bitcoin network is not instant so your deposit time can take from a 15 minutes up to 24 hours.

Can I invest several deposits at once?

Yes, you can have an unlimited number of deposits, but each of them will be processed separately.

Can I deposit directly from my account balance?

You can make a deposit from your account balance. Simply log into your member account, click "Make Deposit" and select "Deposit" from "Account Balance" button.

Does the company charge any fees on top-ups or withdraws?

No fees are charged on top-ups or withdraws, however, your payment systems may charge fees on transfers.

After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-currency account?

The funds are usually available from a few hours but not more than 60 hours.

What could be the reason for the delay more than 60 hours?

There are several reasons for failure to pay:

  • The e-currency account number, which is to be specified during registration, is missing or incorrect.
  • You have balance limit imposed on your e-currency account. Please contact e-currency provider to sort this problem out.
  • In rare cases (e.g. force majeure, technical failure, suspicion of fraud), the payment may take more then 60 hours to process.

Can I convert the money in the system for various e-currencies? Can I withdraw profit to another e-wallet?

No. Withdrawal made only to the payment system and the address of the wallet from which the deposit was made. Currency conversion is not provided.

How can I check my account balance?

You can access your account information 24 hours, seven days a week via the Internet.

How do you calculate the interest on my deposit?

Your earnings is depending from your investment plan and can be in "Daily basis" or "at the end of investment term". If you choose Daily plans “Silver Plan” you will get your profit every day, 5 days per week, initial capital back at the end of investment term. For "Gold Plan" and "Diamond Plan" plans which includes both your principal amount and profits, which means that your principal amount will not be returned separately. No money has been credited to my wallet. What can I do?

What BTC rate at Bitcoin-dragon system?

The rates are not fixed by Bitcoin-dragon as other fraud companies ar doing now a days.Please note that Bitcoin-dragonany investment plans work with a fixed Bitcoin amount, which you invest when opening the deposit. For example, if you invest 1 BTC you will earn the amount of interest selected on 1 BTC, regardless of the current exchange rate of Bitcoin.


What are the benefits of the referral program? How can I participate?

Our referral program will earn you additional income, by bringing new investors into the Bitcoin-dragon system. You need to make sure that the investors you refer use your referral link, which you can find in the Your Referrals section of your account.

The personal affiliate link has the following format: https://bitcoin.com/?ref=XXXXXX, where "XXXXXX" is your username (login) in bitcoin.

Do you have an affiliate program?

The affiliate program uses multilevel referral commission which will pay 7% from each deposit of level 1 referrals, 2% from each deposit made by your level 2 referrals (people referred by your direct invitees) and 1% of each deposit made by your level 3 referrals (i. e. people referred by your level 2 invitees).

How will I receive my referral commission?

The referral commission is accrued to your account balance instantly. The referral bonus can only be withdrawn to the e-currency which your referral used to make their deposit, for example, if your referral used Bitcoin to open deposit, then you may only withdraw your referral bonus to Bitcoin.

Where can I get my referral links and your banners?

You can find referral link in your main account menu or in Your Referrals section. Graphic materials you can find in section Affiliate Banners section.

How do you know that a new investor was introduced by me?

The referral system works during registration and is fully automatic. If an investor signs up via your referral link, the system will treat that investor as your referral.

Can I change upline (upstream partner)?

No. According to the rules it is forbidden. Sponsor change can lead to incorrect operation of the entire system. By registering on the link of upliner, you will be assigned to them on an ongoing basis.

I want to bring new investors into the Bitcoin-dragon Limited, but I have not opened a deposit yet. Can I still participate in the referral program?

Yes, you can. You don’t need an active deposit to participate in the referral program.
